Abstract

The existing medical biting device is usually arranged in a tubular shape. The medical biting device is provided with an axially extending sputum suction channel. When in use, it is put into the mouth of the patient, the tracheal tube is placed on one side, and the tracheal tube is fixed to the medical mouthpiece by a belt or tape. Finally, the neck of the patient is wound and fixed by tying a knot through the belt or tape. However, the process of securing the endotracheal tube to the medical mouthpiece by means of a belt or tape is cumbersome, and the endotracheal tube slides easily within the band or tape knot, causing the tracheal tube to slide relative to the medical mouthpiece, thereby changing the depth of the endotracheal tube insertion mouth, which has a significant impact on the patient's oxygen inhalation. The Department of Anesthesiology of Nanchang Ninth Hospital designed a medical suturing device to solve the above problems and obtained the national utility model patent (Patent No.: ZL2021 2 0144550.6). Compared with the prior art, the beneficial effects of the utility model are as follows; to solve the technical problems that the tracheal tube is easy to move relative to the mouthpiece body in the prior art, and the change of the insertion depth of the endotracheal tube has obvious influence on oxygen inhalation, and reduces the occurrence of bad medical accidents.
